Most of the students at my elementary school do not have the opportunity and means to participate in team and individual sports outside of school. The more new experiences they can get in school, the better. Badminton sets would allow my students to be exposed to a new sport they have never played before. It will also allow the students to stay socially distant from each other and exercise without wearing a mask! Even after the global pandemic is over badminton is a great sport to teach striking and tracking, The students will also learn perseverance and sportsmanship through badminton.
