Teaching for 4 years has helped me learn how different each and every student is. There is no right or wrong way to learn and my students show me that every day. Sometimes we need to make adjustments to make sure the needs of ALL our learners are being met so they have an equal chance at succeeding. Students who wiggle have a hard time focusing, and giving my students the opportunity to have flexible seating will better suit them and their specific needs. Flexible seating gives students the chance to focus during quality learning time and important instructional times throughout the day.
