My students love math! Our school district utilizes an exciting math learning program called Dreambox that personalizes math learning for each student. The program is most effective if students have opportunities for consistent practice. These four Chromebooks will become a learning station to give students regular opportunities to reinforce and extend their math learning. In addition to providing opportunities for math enrichment, Chromebooks will breathe new energy into my classroom writing curriculum. Writing is the perfect place to integrate science and social studies content, and the Chromebooks will give my first- and second-grade students their first experiences with creative writing projects to deepen learning across the curriculum.
