These books will help my students continue to learn and grow as young readers and leaders of our classroom, school and their community. It’s important that during these times, students are exposed to books in where they see each other and their classmates. We need to help these young minds become aware of social issues now, so they can become the leaders of tomorrow. My hope is to bring books that will allow us to have meaningful conversations and understand better how to become advocates now and in the future.

About my class
