These materials will provide an opportunity for all students to have access to musical instruments that are otherwise common place among wealthy schools and districts. Recorders may be able to be practiced at home, if they can be sanitized at school which will allow the students a learning activity that is fun while at home during the pandemic. The lessons students will be able to participate in will give the elementary students a grasp on rhythms using the parachute to actually feel what a quarter, half or whole note feels like as we use the manipulative. Recorders will provide musical abilities for all learners regardless of any limitations due to their accessibility, Lastly, in order to benefit the students musically, they will have the opportunity to participate in an ORFF musical experience based classroom which fosters unity as an ensemble allows creativity in the creation of different percussive patterns, which shall prepare the students for the opportunity to perform at FEMEA Florida Elementary Music Association's All-State music conference to perform and have experiences that last a lifetime in the musical setting.
