The hands on learning materials will help my students who have special needs further develop their cognitive, fine motor, and gross motor skills. The Boomwhackers will bring joy to each student as they create musical melodies together! The color printer, ink, and Velcro dots will help provide the students with a multitude of opportunities to enhance their communication skills daily in the classroom and at home. These supplies will also enable the teacher to provide the students with an organized, literacy-rich classroom, by pairing the words with colorful visuals, to reach all learners! The colored ink, printer, and velcro will also allow each student to have his own colorful, visual schedule to follow each day. The visual schedules will help each student know what his day will look like, and ease anxiety.
