Henrico county schools are reopening on November 30th. As most people know, schools have poor ventilation which can harbor germs. Our school is sanitizing surfaces and enforcing social distancing but we need more than that. We need effective air circulation and filtration. Recent studies have shown that opening the windows will help, but "The Coronavirus reproduces in our upper and lower respiratory tracts, and is emitted when we breathe, talk, sing, cough or sneeze" and emits droplets into the air. Every 6 year old should breathe clean air! Please help two first grade classrooms provide the safest classroom environment possible.
