Some of our students have trouble using technology and things would be easier if we can use what they know. Many of our non-verbal or autistic students utilize a daily schedule and communication board with printed colors and pictures. Our current printers only print black and white. Due to the sheer volume of what we print, ink is used up very quickly and expensively. The Epson printer that we are asking for is a high-volume color printer that takes inexpensive ink. It can print 6,500 pages with each bottle of ink. The students that are continuing remote learning will be mailed their communication boards and other printed materials.
