This upcoming school year is filled with brand new challenges. The Covid pandemic has made teachers find new and creative ways to help students learning in person feel comfortable and safe. While honoring all the proper Covid protocol will be of utmost importance, students still need a safe way to gather for somewhat more intimate small group/conferring time during reading and writing workshops. Desk shields for my meeting table would allow students a place gather with an extra layer of protection to help them interact more personally during these very important book and writing discussion times.

About my class
