A shared classroom iPad, Pen, and microphone will give students the opportunity to create amazing group videos, recordings, or designs that can show their mastery of their math knowledge! It will be available for students to use when needed during project assessments, student taught lessons, and presentations. Having an iPad and access to Procreate, iMovie, and Garage Band will really expand the options students have to be creative, expressive and to show their personalities in the classroom! As a Geometry and Statistics teacher, I envision students making educational videos for other young people their age about the importance of data visualization, financial literacy, and even how they can see geometric beauty in the community they live in! If students have a project in mind, I don't want the lack of technology to prevent them from making it happen.
