This school year will be strange for both teachers and students as we continue to deal with the unknown current and future impact of COVID-19. The safety measures I have placed in my own classroom will prevent students from working in groups, collaborating with their partners, and doing many hands on activities; things that many ELL students rely on. The resources I would like to purchase from Teachers Pay Teachers will give them the opportunity to discover their own independent creativity through the use of interactive journals while also creating engaging lessons. There are also a number of ELL resources that can target my students specific needs during any intervention. I also plan to use Google classroom for my everyday classroom lessons, allowing students to be better prepared if schools return to virtual learning. The resources I plan to purchases make Google classroom more engaging and easier to use for younger students to adapt to.
