These white boards will be used on and off all day long! Children will have them at home for now, and bring them to school when we are able to return. Using white boards is a time-tested, research based tool for keeping children engaged in learning. Kindergarteners love to use white boards to answer teacher questions and follow along with lessons. This keeps them engaged in learning, and lets me know at a glance how each child is doing during the lesson. I can then use that information to pull individuals or small groups to give them any additional help they need.
