These materials will be used to make cardio drumming sets for my students. Cardio drumming brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an exercise stand to create one of the most fun workouts the kids will ever do! Cardio drumming takes a simple movement, drumming, and turns it into a full body workout that will leave the kids smiling, sweating, and feeling great! Drumming is a great workout for your brain and actually can make you smarter. When you drum, you access your entire brain. Research shows that the rhythmic energy to the brain synchronizes the right and left hemispheres.
