A very large majority of students that I teach are from considerably "rough" neighborhoods throughout the city. Some travel far distances using public transportation to attend our charter school. I am continually impressed by their desire to dream big and believe that anything is achievable. Their positive outlook on life and energetic approach to learning is captivating and inspiring.
