In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools are charged with making the decision of teaching students virtually or having them to return to the schools for face to face learning. In some places, the decision may come easier than in others, all depending on the socioeconomic levels that populate that particular district. Schools where the decision has been decided to be face to face, are charged with making the environment as safe as possible, while continuing to engage students in the learning process. The plexi-glass dividers are an essential tool that will be used on table tops in order to help pre-k students remain safe and decrease the chances of droplets spreading from talking, coughs and sneezes while engaging in the classroom. Students will be able to sit on opposite ends of the table while still being able to support each other's learning and be protected. If a student is having challenges with a skill, I will be able to pair students cooperatively, each one seeing the other through the plexiglass! Please help me make this a reality for my students!
