These Yoga Mats and Meditation books will help us to continue the wonderful program we have in place for our special students. The Mats will enable us to continue to practice the very thing that teaches that happiness is our natural state. When our bodies and our minds are out of balance, we do not feel this happiness. We can continnue to create authentic, meaningful experiences for our students! Children with special needs have various physical and mental disabilities which affect their mental attitude. They sometimes lack confidence and have a poor self-image. Through Yoga, we can improve their flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. The end result is increased mental clarity, emotional stability and a greater sense of overall well-being.
