Great novel studies have been shown to increase students comprehension and foster an interest in literature. Our ELA team doesn’t have enough books of each title for every student to have their own to take to and from school. Students can’t share books like they have in the past given the pandemic. Best practices also state that students should be able to have their own copy of a novel study book to take to and from school. The book I’m requesting is a well known mystery by a famous author who captures even the most reluctant readers interest.
