Students will engage in a Project Based Learning and Maker Ed unit on Stop Motion Animation. Students will use different mediums to create different styles of animation including shadow puppets, LED light work, clay animation and white board animation. Student will use creativity and storytelling skills to create stop motion animations in different mediums. I will create "Maker Kits" for the students to take home and create their animations, puppets, props and stage. Students will work together over zoom to write their stories and design their characters, stage and props.
