My fifth-grade classroom is a place where curiosity grows and stories bring us together. My students bring different interests, experiences, and reading abilities, but my hope for every child is the same: to discover a love for reading. Through novel studies, we share adventures, connect with characters, and explore ideas that spark meaningful conversations. One of the most rewarding moments as a teacher is seeing a hesitant reader become eager to find out what happens next. I want every student to experience that excitement and feel confident sharing their thoughts. Together, we are building a classroom community where books inspire us, help us understand one another, and create memories that last beyond fifth grade.
