Regardless of whether we will be distance learning or back in our classrooms this fall, these Spanish scholastic magazines will serve as valuable resources to my students. Reading is an integral part of language development and as an avid reader myself, I hope to foster a similar joy of reading in my students. With a wide range of relatable topics and diverse themes, these Spanish magazines spark students' curiosities and challenge them to read at or above their proficiency levels. With these magazine subscriptions, students have the opportunity to independently engage with Spanish text and later, whether it be in our virtual or actual classroom, discuss the readings with their peers to further their understanding and learning of diversity, language, and culture(s). Thank you for your consideration and for taking your time to support our students and teachers!
