I would like to ensure that the preschool children and their parents will begin their early experience in school prepared and ready to learn. Many parents are already stressed with the current pandemic situation. As such, via your donation, I would like to start the school year by providing each child with a storage box filled with basic school supplies. The parents will be asked to keep all materials in the box in order to be prepared for distance learning activities. This will be important for the child as well as the parent and prevent delays caused by some children who otherwise might not be prepared for the activity. I will also be using the boxes to distribute materials pertaining to the thematic curriculum, such as picture cards, journals, books, home assignments, and extra activities to enhance student learning. Additionally, I will periodically collect these boxes and refill them with materials providing the young children with a variety of hands-on experience and visual props that will enhance their early educational experience and establish a solid positive foundation.
