The math manipulatives I am requesting are great materials that can be presented in a small group setting. I feel students pay attention and focus in the classroom when more attention is directed at them. They are great visual learning tools for young children learning multiplication, division, fractions, and area/perimeter. I have been teaching 3rd grade math for four years now and feel students learn best with material they can use and manipulate. This provides them with a great opportunity to excel and grasp the concepts being taught to them more easily.
