These Amazon Fire Tablets provide access to students who do not have technology access at home and provide much-needed technology enrichment in the classroom. These tablets will be used in the classroom when we are allowed to be at school to develop technology skills and learn to navigate our learning management system. They will also allow our students to collaborate and explore in a way that social distancing does not allow. Students will be able to participate in group projects and interactive experiences that they would otherwise not be able to do because of distancing rules. When we switch to hybrid or distance learning, students without technology at home will be offered these tablets.
