I'm looking forward to these yoga mats giving my kindergarten students a different seating option during school. I just can't see them sitting at a desk all day with Covid-19 restrictions, nor is it fair for them to have to. I'm confident these mats will aid students to stay engage in learning all day. They'll have traditional seating, but with limited mobility throughout the room, students are going to need some flexible seating/exercise options. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will help to increase their academic achievement! Through this project, students will also have a lap desk option so they can choose to do their work right on the yoga mats. Ultimately, I just want students to feel comfortable during these trying times and look forward to coming to school daily.
