Our lab has always been a place for creative engineering. In order to bring students back this year to a safe lab, they will need keyboard covers which can be easily wiped down between each use. This will not only keep them safe but also reduce time spent with a UV wand or wrapping keyboards with saran wrap. Less time spent cleaning is more time spent engineering! Additionally, with UV light air filters my brilliant engineers can breathe easy during each lesson knowing that the air they are breathing is clean. The gloves, disposable masks, no touch thermometer, and cleaning wipes will allow me to safely clean and address any health concerns quickly and efficiently. The funding of this project will allow my students to continue learning, experimenting, programming, and engineering as closely as they used to prior to COVID-19. We need your help to make our engineering lab safe again!
