With the use of rebounders, students can work on throwing, kicking, catching, and offense skills with out having to share the equipment touched by others. We can do a multitude of sorts with rebounders and supplement our lacrosse equipment as well. This will ease everyone’s anxiety with their comfort levels during these times. Students need to be active and find fun ways to do so. We want to keep their immune systems strong. This will help increase their skills, be active, and just have fun. We can’t share equipment and throw lists helps us to do just that.

About my class
