The whiteboard will help me model lessons for my students, just like I would if I was in the classroom. I could use it while I teach my students virtually. The headphones will give my students uninterrupted access to our virtual meetings. It will cut out distractions that are happening in the home. They have a built in microphone, so students will be able to talk to us. Communication is essential in distance learning. Students will be given white boards to be used just as we would in the classroom for informal assessment and to gauge understanding. The pencils and lead will make it possible for students to work at home, for example, to use on scratch paper to help them get answers to input in the computer where they cannot show work. Many of my students do not hav access to pencils unless I provide them.
