Providing my students with BouncyBands in the classroom will bring about many positive benefits. First, my students will hopefully grow more focused and concentrated during lessons while also maintaining movement. Second, on test days, the BouncyBands will aid students in relieving stress and test anxiety without causing a distraction to their fellow classmates. Third, while students are using the bands to move during class time, they are unknowingly becoming "active learners" while stimulating the whole brain. Lastly, I as a teacher will be able to focus more on lessons and effective instruction time while having happy, healthy learners!

About my class
