My classroom is a safe space for students all over the world to discuss historical issues and explore new ways of solving problems that have endured throughout time. Each and every one of my kindhearted students is excited to be apart of a class that allows them to have conversations that help them question choices that were made and have a voice in their own future. As my students learn who they are and what they stand for, they begin to consider the connections between their actions and the actions of others. Students are the center of this classroom, and I create lessons to help them think critically, grow emotionally and participate in our democracy.
