Some skills and learning are more successful when students put pencil to paper. In my classroom, at our middle school, I teach 8th graders how to take effective notes and we practice study skills that will continue to benefit them through college. With the transition to virtual learning, I would like to continue to give my students feedback on their handwritten notes. Rocketbooks would help my students bridge their learning from paper to digital. Every student would be able to handwrite their notes, draw relevant diagrams and equations which can be cumbersome and distracting on the computer. They would then be able to easily upload a digital copy of their notes to a designated Google folder in my virtual classroom where I would be able to see and give feedback on their progress. Learning to organize paper and technology is a skill my students will productively struggle with this year and I am hoping a Rocketbook will help make it more productive and less struggle. Thank you.
