An upgrade is needed as our current tools and equipment are reaching the end of their use. A majority of tools have been used for 10-plus years and students are unable to learn the necessary skills without proper equipment. Students will use new tools to learn and master skills and become career-ready individuals. In order to complete a project, students will need tools and accessories to create high-quality projects. Learning in the Industrial Technology classroom will relate directly to students as they pursue post-secondary careers. A majority of students will begin their work careers immediately following graduation while others will attend a trade school or four-year institutions. It is an exciting time for students as skilled and technical workers continue to be in high demand.
