As our students return to school, we want to provide them with as close to a sense of normalcy as possible. Bring restricted to a table or desk, with no options for movement in place— isn’t the tone I want set for my 2nd grade students. With your donation, my children will be provided with their own individual alternative floor seating, allowing us to remove unnecessary furniture from the room and giving us back the gift of space to learn and grow. Students will be able to work from their individual spaces, have meaningful breaks with solid boundaries of safety in place, and use of materials that can be cleaned each school day to decrease the chance of virus spread.
