We are working on building foundational reading skills. We will also be introducing high frequency words and learning how to read. The headphones with the microphones are a great literacy tool that allow the students to hear what they say clearly. This is essential when they are first learning their letters and the letter sounds. Strong reading skills produce avid and confident readers. Our school is a Title I school and we really struggle with providing quality learning tools. Any help makes a big difference. Headphones are an important tool this year.
