This year, virtual learning has presented a number of obstacles. Teaching successfully online will require high quality equipment. While our school district has offered several creative solutions to enhance our experience, I’m still in need of a few items to bring my educational content the next level. Education is moving in an entirely new direction. In a typical school year, I would be hosting hands-on labs for my students. However, in this new world of learning, I will be recording structured content prior to class so that students can access anytime, anywhere. To make this happen, I’ll need a versatile camera, quality audio equipment, a mini HDMI to HDMI cable, and a capture card. Considering the standard of video production on the internet today, I’m realizing the need to compete for my student’s attention. Educational content in this day and age calls for the best quality tech! My science classes deserve this standard of excellence and professionalism as I prepare them to thrive in the next frontier. Will you help this teacher step up her game?
