The materials in this project will allow me to create a dry erase kit for each student that can be stored at their desks. This will ensure that students have their own boards, markers, and erasers within reach at all times. This will help us avoid sharing supplies during this time and therefore help to avoid sharing germs. These boards will be used to help us meet many needs within the classroom, including our health and safety as well as our social and emotional needs. The students will be able to write to respond to daily questions for both social and academic purposes. Students will be able to share with their peers from a distance by displaying their thoughts and feelings about a variety of topics. They will also allow me to make quick formative assessments on topics in all subject areas.
