By donating to this project, you can give my 1st grade students easy and comfortable access to diverse books that change their lives! They are up and coming readers, having just finished Kindergarten. They are ready to dive into reading full force and would greatly benefit from a classroom library of their own! They won't have to pick a book from a boring metal bookshelf and take it back to their table or seat. During this pandemic, only two students will be able to use the library at a time. The benches will be far enough from each other, with their own sets of books. These 1st graders will be so happy for this form of flexible seating that will help them enjoy reading even more!
