The move to distance learning presents a unique set of challenges, not just for the students, but for the teachers. It is essential to have the right, working, technology to host engaging online classes, that will allow me to continue to support my students. This computer will allow me to reliably run online classes, while still being able to view all of my students--making this a classroom environment where students will more easily be able to communicate with me, and not feel lost or forgotten. Rather than having to use 2 laptops and split screens, I will be able to reliably remain in meetings uninterrupted, and continue to deliver rigorous lessons for my students. It is difficult for students to feel motivated or engaged with distance learning. However, the programs on this computer will also offer me the ability to design graphically and technologically interesting lessons to capture the students' attention.
