I want to be able to give my students an inclusive selection of books from multiple backgrounds and books in which they see representation of multiple racial/ethnic backgrounds. On top of reading materials, the following school supplies in this project will help provide families and students with individual essential materials. By providing individual school supplies for my students, they will be at lower risk for spread of infection during this unprecedented time. My goal is to expose my students to a diverse world in which we live in to help them better understand the role they play in society.
