Our school district has decided to start the 2020-2021 school year through distance learning. This start includes my students participating in speech-language services virtually. Twice a week, for 25 minutes a session, I meet with three students at a time through video conference. With your help, I can use a variety of online resources and interactive activities to keep my students engaged and focused through the screen. I, personally, also need your help! Conducting virtual speech-language therapy sessions back-to-back and IEP meetings with teachers and parents can be difficult when sitting at a desk throughout the entire school day. A standing desk will provide me with great health benefits to help me stay productive. My students and I truly appreciate your support!
