Flexible seating allows my students to choose where they would like to do their work, and the different options allow students to be their most comfortable in the classroom. I believe learning happens when students are comfortable and know they're safe, so creating a welcoming and home-like environment is very important to me. I do not want to create a classroom that is a sensory overload, so the options I have included will build a productive, calm, and safe learning environment. Many of the supplies I have requested are basics of any classroom (scissors, storage bins, etc.), and I hope you can help us provide our scholars with a beautiful and well organized space they can be proud to learn in. This is the first of many projects!

About my class
