Core strength is important for any sport and overall fitness. These balance beams will help develop core strength and coordination. That means they will become faster and stronger. Every day, we teach our student-athletes to strive beyond what they think is possible to reach their full potential. I am also asking for the weights because this will also help them build overall strength. The arrow markers will help our mark our route so our runners know the path. The foam mats will help us prepare for running while we properly stretch to avoid injury. Stretching is essential for healthy and strong muscles and endurance.

About my class
