My students are eager to learn but many are battling the hardships that life has sent their way. They are bright individuals who desire the opportunities to succeed just like any other 2nd grade student. I believe the tablets give my students an opportunity to take a digital-books home to continue expanding their minds through reading adventures. This will allow them to rise above all challenges of not having assess to books at a library, they will be able to check-out the tablets loaded with e-book adventures. I am proud of their perseverance and willingness to be challenged and overcome life's obstacles and rise above the odds. I want them to know that they are loved, valued, and appreciated. It is my dream to be able to provide for them when they need/desire things in the classroom and beyond so I would like to provide them with various avenues to reading.
