Our classroom family utilizes flexible seating to better facilitate our learning. As part of our flexible seating, we give various options during our Morning Meeting, Closing Circle, Mini Lessons, Group Work or Independent Work times. These times are given to the students to choose where they feel they are best set up for success. Our carpet space provides a calm and comforting place for students to sit with one another as they connect with each other, discover new ideas and challenge the thinking of the past. This new carpet will further encourage this level of in depth thinking.

About my class
