As the 2020 school year begins, students will walk into a new reality. The first day of school is such an exciting time for kindergartners! A momentous moment in their life for themselves and their family. I want my students to still walk through the door with a smile and a heart full of expectation of a wonderful school year. Providing them the necessary supplies is one way to do so. My students will use the pencil boxes to manage their supplies. These individualized cases will also give them a sense of autonomy and ownership in the classroom teaching them life skills. The folders will be a way to provide communication between school and home strengthening that connection. The other supplies will also support my students in the classroom as they increase student motivation and engagement! All of these things will help my students and I tackle the school year and be set up for success!
