The materials and supplies that I am requesting are going to be used to give students their own personal supplies. At the end of the year students will be able to take their own supplies home and use them over the summer! Majority of my students come from homes that can not afford to buy their own supplies. With all the spread of germs, I want each student to have their own bag of supplies and math manipulative's. This will not only make my students feel special by having their own supplies, but it will also promote a safe and healthy environment by not allowing items like pencils, or base ten blocks to be shared.
