The books that I am requesting are going to be used as an extension of the curriculum being taught in my classroom. These books will be able to enhance the print-rich environment that I am wanting to create in my classroom. These books will help to reinforce the concepts taught during the domain through an authentic literature-rich environment. Students will be able to use these books freely in the classroom and in peer to peer reading. These books will be used to elicit discussions and critical thinking in my classroom.
