Paper is always an issue at our school. If I receive the laminate and markers I can laminate the students phonogram cards, word cards and text so that they last and can be interactive. The different colored markers will be used to write on the materials that are laminated. Coding is a key strategy to learning to read and comprehend. So expo and visa vi markers are critical to utilizing this strategy on laminated materials. Different colored markers represent different phonograms, phonics patterns, word parts (prefixes, suffixes, endings), and comprehension strategies.
