This document camera will help over 350 students learn art both online and in person! My school is currently hybrid, so I have an online google classroom as well as teaching everyday at the school. The document camera will allow me to show students how to create different works of art while I teach live on Zoom. It will also be used to teach in-person art lessons such as learning how to use scissors and draw shapes (kindergarten), creative lettering (1st grade), landscape collages (2nd grade), color mixing (3rd grade) and one-point perspective (4th grade). I am currently traveling to each classroom and do not have my own space to teach art. It is very difficult for the kids to see what I'm doing during demonstrations since they cannot stand around me. My art lessons have suffered because I cannot use certain materials if the students can't see how to properly (and safely) use them. This document camera would be a life-changer for both me and my little artists!
