Reading at home with your family is such a fun time when you have a book from a good lending library!! Some of my students are unable to read the recommended twenty minutes a night due to a lack of literature in the home because of a difficult socio-economic circumstance. During the soft closure of school due to Covid 19, many of my students were unable to access books because the libraries were closed. Also a number of them did not have access to the internet and could not access online books. The packets that I sent home to them did not contain any books to read due to a limited lending library. I would like to fill my lending library with enough leveled readers that all of my students can have access to a good book!
