My students love to come to Art but the seating is challenging. Art is in a portable so space is limited. Add the large, heavy chairs into the equation and you've got a hot mess. It's hard for the students to move around the room with all of the chairs. There's little room to sit down and forget about them being comfortable enough to produce art. If the students stand up to work, their table areas are blocked by the backs of the chairs. It's difficult for all of the students but exceptionally challenging for our younger students. Getting stools for the Art room will alleviate the crowded tables as students enter the room; the stools will tuck neatly under the tables. No more tangled chair legs. When a student wants to stand up to work on a project, the stool can easily be set under the table. No more chair backs blocking the artists. No more chair legs to trip students as they enter or exit the Art room. The stools will give us more room to produce and they will also give me more time to teach Art. Stools for the win!
